Mid-Continent Officials' Association

Welcome to the home of the Mid-Continent Officials Association. MCOA is a not-for-profit officials association serving high school and amateur officiating needs throughout Kansas City and the Northwestern Missouri area. The emphasis of our site is on serving our membership. The purpose of the Mid-Continent Officials Association is to further the interests of the game of interscholastic sports and sports officiating through all appropriate activities, including:

• Promoting uniformity in the mechanics and interpretation of rules.
• Providing training and clinics for all members.
• Educating officials, coaches, and players in the rules of the game.
• Promoting the spirit and the letter of the playing rules of the game.
• Promoting the ethical codes of the game.

Dues are due!
Annual dues are $20 for one sport and $10 for each additional sport. Only members in good standing will be recommended for playoffs and assigned to work games.  Please mail your check or money order to:
