Welcome to the website of the Mid-Continent Officials Association. The MCOA is a non-for-profit officials association serving high school and amateur officiating needs throughout the Kansas City area and Northwestern Missouri.

All MCOA registered officials follow the four "C's" of officiating: Consistency, Caring, Control & Communication.

Dues for football are $20 and have not been changed from past years. Varsity crew members please have one person from your crew contact the association officer with your varsity schedule. We have schools contact us periodically looking for a crew and this will help him advise them who might be open.

If you know of anyone who would like to start officiating football or basketball, please have them click on the "Become an Official" page and follow the link to the MSHSAA website, advise them of our meeting dates or bring them along when you are in attendance at one of our monthly meetings. Several schools are allowing our association to do four person crews on JV games. We are then able to allow new officials to work alongside veteran officials.

Football meetings normally held the 1st Wednesday of each month from August through November at Pizza Shoppe in Kearney, MO.
